3. Medication Orders and Prescriptions

5. Exchange and Return Policy

First: Duration and General Conditions
- A return or exchange can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and accompanied by the invoice.
- In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt, attaching photos that clarify the problem.
Second: Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error from the pharmacy or a manufacturing defect:
- Medications and therapeutic products.
- Milk and infant nutrition products.
- Diapers and baby care products (if opened).
- Cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products if opened or used.
- Sensitive personal products, or refrigerated items that require special storage conditions.
- Products purchased within clearance sales (if this was clarified at the time of purchase).
Third: Refund Method
- Same Payment Method: The amount will be refunded to the card / electronic method (the duration may vary depending on the bank).
- Customer Wallet: The value can be transferred to the customer's wallet inside the website to be used for future orders.
Fourth: Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if the return is based on the customer's preference.
- "First Brand" bears the fees entirely if the reason is an error from our side (a damaged or incorrect product).
6. Order Cancellation
- An order can be canceled before it starts being prepared or handed over to the shipping company.
- In the event that the order has already gone out for delivery, it will be handled according to the return policy mentioned above.
